This motion control module is designed to control servo motors equipped with
position detection using an EnDat 2.1 interface.

Utilizing a data channel, the EnDat interface supplies an absolute position.
Transmitted in addition are sinusoidal incremental signals which provide a high-resolution
record of both position and velocity using the integrated interpolation electronics.
Both position information inputs will be consolidated in the motion control module to
create a high-density absolute position.

This module enables the construction of axes that will have the highest levels
of precision and dynamics, because of its high-resolution position and velocity detection.
|
|
Together with a servo power module, this module is especially suitable for driving
rotational direct drives, torque motors and AC servo motors.
